CrossFit Classes
Class starting at 9:30 am, until 11:00 am, and an evening class from 17:30 am till 19:00 pm. Saturday’s there is one class at 9:30 am till 11:00 am.
CrossFit Siam Group Classes:

Every week day you will have a morning class starting at 9:30am, until 11:00am, and an evening class from 17:30pm till 19:00pm. Saturday’s there is one class at 9:30am till 11:00am.
Every day we have a different focus in class, but all classes follow the same structure.
- Warm up
- Technique/Skill
- Strength
- Workout
- Cool down/some banter
Techniques vary from weightlifting, being the snatch, clean and jerk. Skills will be more gymnastics like pull ups, muscle ups, handstands, etc. But don’t let these movements scare you. We go step by step over every progression and cater it at your level. And never forget that everyone was a beginner.
