CrossFit Classes:

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that incorporates elements from various sports and types of exercise to improve overall physical fitness. The program consists of constantly varied; functional movements performed at a high intensity. CrossFit workouts are typically short, intense, and designed to challenge the body in various ways.

A typical CrossFit program includes a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and gymnastics. Participants perform a range of exercises, such as weightlifting, running, jumping, rowing, and bodyweight movements like pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. These exercises are combined in a variety of ways, often in a timed format, to create a workout that is both challenging and effective.

The program is designed to improve overall fitness, including endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, power, agility, coordination, and balance. Workouts are scaled to fit the fitness level of each participant, so athletes of all levels can participate in the program.

In addition to the physical training, CrossFit also emphasizes nutrition, recovery, and the sense of community.

Coach Paolo:

Paolo is a highly experienced fitness professional with a passion for CrossFit and basketball. With a CrossFit level 2 certification and extensive experience managing fitness facilities and coaching CrossFit in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, he has honed his skills in helping others achieve their fitness goals. Additionally, Paolo has played basketball for over 20 years at a semi-professional level, demonstrating his dedication to the sport.

Will was a national level powerlifter before he fell in love with CrossFit. He is a level 2 CrossFit Coach and has a Certificate 3 and 4 in fitness. With a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals, Will has taken his expertise to Thailand, where he’s dedicated to transforming lives one rep at a time.

Coach Mikhail:

Mikhail had participated and became medalist of many CrossFit competitions before. Now, with all his experience, and a CrossFit level 2 certification he specializes in sport rehabilitation, mobility and gymnastics. He also does FMT Screen+Movability RockTape taping.

CrossFit Siam offers two CrossFit classes per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Starting at 9:30 am, until 11:00 am, and an evening class from 5:30 pm till 7:00 pm.
