Olympic Lifting

Olympic Lifting:

As a beginner, you’ll learn the fundamental movements, such as the snatch and clean and jerk, step by step. Our goal is to help you build a solid foundation of technique, ensuring that you develop good habits from the start. For experienced lifters, we will work with you to fine-tune your technique and help you reach new levels of performance. We believe that even the most experienced lifters can benefit from expert guidance and feedback. The coaches will analyze your lifts, identify areas for improvement, and provide personalized coaching to help you achieve your goals. In addition to technique, our classes focus on strength, speed, and power development. Through a combination of targeted exercises and progressive programming, we aim to help you become faster, stronger, and more explosive.

Mikhail had participated and became medalist of many CrossFit competitions before. Now, with all his experience, and a CrossFit level 2 certification he specializes in sport rehabilitation, mobility and gymnastics. He also does FMT Screen+Movability RockTape taping.

CrossFit Siam offers two CrossFit classes per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Starting at 9:30 am, until 11:00 am, and an evening class from 5:30 pm till 7:00 pm.
