The program consists of constantly varied; functional movements performed at a high intensity. CrossFit workouts are typically short, intense, and designed to challenge the body in various ways.
A typical CrossFit program includes a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and gymnastics. Participants perform a range of exercises, such as weightlifting, running, jumping, rowing, and bodyweight movements like pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. These exercises are combined in a variety of ways, often in a timed format, to create a workout that is both challenging and effective.
