Fighters Conditioning

Fighters Conditioning is a type of training that is designed to improve an individual’s performance in combat sports such as boxing, mixed martial arts (MMA), wrestling, Muay Thai and others. It typically involves a combination of technical training methods to manipulate the different intensity levels of a fight, with the goal of improving an athlete’s skills, physical fitness, and mental toughness.
Combat sports require a high level of physical fitness, including strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance. Strength and conditioning can help athletes develop these attributes through exercises such as weightlifting, plyometrics, and aerobic conditioning.
Our class has been specifically programmed to support each combat sport and
increase the performance and athleticism of each and every fighter here at Phuket Fight Club.

Time Frame: 60-75 min
Tuesday, Thursday: 8am – 9am & 4:00 – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Siam Sweat:

The role of SIAM SWEAT is to improve the body’s ability to sustain physical activity for an extended period of time. Siam SWEAT is a very Endurance based class, also known as aerobic training, involves exercises that increase the heart rate and breathing rate over a prolonged period of time, such as rowing, box jumps, Dumbbell snatches, and bodyweight movements.
Expect to be worked and pushed to your physical limits by our expert coaches.
Siam SWEAT is suitable for all levels. If you’re ready to burn a ton of calories and start your day on high then this class is for you.
